Hub with access from BTS Chong Nonsi station... But also walking distance to BTS St Louis station... Grocery anchor TOPS, Virgin Active gym....several coffee shops, Asia Books... And some banks and optometrists. Towers for corporate and the AE entrance lower lobby for various coffee and fine dining establishments on the 55th floor. Parking available at cost... but considering traffic... I would seriously reconsider... Overall- good if you're a young corporate and you happen to be in this area.

This is the office building where I worked around 2012. It is the tallest commercial building in Bangkok. It is connected to BTS Chong Nonsi Station as a shopping center for the EM Group.

Traffic can be bad in the evening but it is conveniently located next to all types of public transportations: Skytrain, Bus, BRT. From the higher floor of this office building’s east side, the employees can enjoy the view of iconic Maha Nakorn building. One can see W hotel and Bangkok Bank headquarter also.

Best location, beautifully towering with outstanding design. Many good restaurants.
